Too often we are focused on the problem- Do I have a drinking problem? Why can’t I stop drinking? 

Ask better questions that focus on the solution- How can I make it easier to change my drinking? How can I manage my emotions without drinking? 

This episode will help you ask (and answer) better questions so you can change your drinking. 

You are not broken and you can change.
