Darren Taylor from Sober Bubble joins the podcast from the UK. He shares his story of growing up around drinking in a small steel town in the UK to drinking too much himself during his career as a salesman. Darren learned and applied many different ways to quit drinking. He even wrote a book about it called: Finding Your Sober Bubble: Overcome Alcohol by Understanding Emotions and Circumstance
