He struggled with addiction from his teens to 30s going from prep school to the military to rehab. Matthew shares his story of finding sobriety and gives his best advice to help others. Since getting sober Matthew founded the Instagram account @aliferecovered to share other people’s stories of finding freedom from addiction.
